2日後、キットが到着しました！
箱を開けると、利用ガイド、返送用封筒、検査結果を見るためのID/パスワード、検査申込同意書、そして底には採取キットが入っていました！

ちょうど1カ月後の朝、検査完了メールが来るとともに、マイページやアプリから検査結果を閲覧できるようになりました！

反射神経の良さが分かる「Simple RT (SRT)」という項目では、上位1.5％に入っていました！たしかに、教習所の運転適性検査で、「反射神経がとても良いですが、自信過剰にならず慎重に運転してください」と言われたことがあります（笑）ずばり、当たっていますね。レーサーの適性があるんですかね？
その他の項目も「やや速い傾向」が多く、ぼくが情報好きなのはここから来てるのかもしれませんね。
自分が想像していたのとは正反対の結果が出ることもありました。例えば、もし喫煙するようになったとき、「喫煙量は多い傾向」になるそうです！
タバコって臭いし体に悪そうだし…って心では思っていても、体は嘘をつかないんですね。スキンケア法、ダイエット法、ストレッチ法でも、こういうことがあると思います。
最後に、気になる「疾患」についても見てみましょう。呼吸器がんに着目すると、、
肺がん（扁平上皮がん）の発症リスクが高い傾向でした！ちょっとショックですが、自分の発症リスクを知ることは、日々の予防や、万が一発症した際の早期発見につながるので、プラスに捉えましょう。詳細には、このがんについての解説や、予防方法が載っています。
なるほど。禁煙をして、きれいな空気を吸うことが大事なんですね。果物や大豆もいいみたいです。今日から実践できますね。
